End User License Agreement (EULA)

WDWD Industries Ltd. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the AssetBridge software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Restrictions

• You may not resell, distribute, or reverse engineer the software.
• Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your data is properly backed up. WDWD Industries Ltd. accepts no liability for data loss.

4. Third-Party Services

Use of any third-party services or APIs via the software is at your own risk. You must ensure compliance with their terms.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and uninstall the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. WDWD Industries Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. License Scope and Upgrades

Your license grants you access to the specific version of the software available at the time of purchase. WDWD Industries Ltd. reserves the right to release new versions, updates, or upgrades as separate products, which may require the purchase of a new license. Access to future versions is not included unless explicitly stated.
